Our jewelry is handcrafted using various artistic medium, including but not limited to, freshwater and glass-based pearls, semi-precious stones, dichroic glass, shells, sterling silver, gold-filled and other metals. Most of the necklaces and earrings are sold in sets. All earring hooks (leverback, earwires, earposts, etc.) are either Sterling Silver or 14K Gold Filled. All necklace and bracelet silver components are Sterling unless otherwise noted. All gold components, including chains, are gold filled or vermeille. CUSTOM ORDERS If you see a piece on our site in the GALLERY (sold or otherwise unavailable items), and you'd like to have the Designer create something similar for you; if you'd like to have a certain design made with a different gemstone or color; if you want to have something designed specifically for you; or if you see a piece that you want resized; please contact us at the email address below or via phone, and we can work out the details. If the piece is one that you want resized, please email or call us with your request before making the purchase, especially if you want it larger. We want to make sure the Designer has enough matching materials, or that she can acquire any additional materials, needed within the timeframe that you have in mind. Custom orders are non-refundable. So, to work toward your satisfaction prior to completion of any custom order, we will communicate with you via email and/or phone, and provide pictures during the process (no surprises!). RETURNS We want to ensure that our customers are happy doing business with us. We recognize that it's difficult to tell exactly what a piece is really like when you can't actually touch it or try it on before you order it. So, if you find that it is not what you expected, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, for an exchange or full refund, under the following conditions: Send an email to the email address below requesting a return authorization, stating the reason for the return. The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. Also, please include a copy of your invoice. You must make sure it arrives safely at Ladybug Designs in order to receive your refund, so be sure to package it securely. We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are uninsured through the mail, so we highly recommend that your insure your package. Replacement orders will be promptly sent upon our receipt of the merchandise. REPAIRS If an item should ever break, repairs are free provided all of the components are returned. Otherwise all repairs are assessed at the cost of replacement of any components. Again, please insure the package. For repairs and returns, the purchaser will be responsible for postage. Please contact me to make arrangements, and to get an idea of the charge for repairs, if applicable. If we deem that an item cannot be repaired, you will be given a dollar amount allocation towards the purchase of a new item from the current inventory. PAYMENT OPTIONS You may pay for your purchases using any one of the following credit cards: MasterCard, Discover, Visa. SHIPPING Items are normally shipped within 2-3 days of order receipt when purchased via credit card. All shipments are sent via USPS priority mail or USPS Express mail, and are insured. Shipping fees are a flat rate plus insurance, based upon the total purchase. We ship to all US states, Canada and Mexico, and 51 other major countries.
